RECRUITMENT

LMO application with Human Resource Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)

Trans Oceanic will apply, on your behalf, to Service Canada for a Labor Market Opinion (LMO). Once we receive confirmation (a positive LMO), we will begin to recruit foreign skilled workers.

Job descriptions and selection criteria

Trans Oceanic will work closely with you to prepare personalized job descriptions and selection criteria. 

Recruitment, sourcing and screening leading up to a short list of final candidates

Trans Oceanic will use the latest techniques to screen the résumés and keep you informed of progress.

Final selection of short-listed candidates based on interviews and tests

Trans Oceanic, with the assistance of its recruitment affiliates, will interview short-listed candidates and assess their qualifications in a state of the art testing facility.


PROCESSING & DOCUMENTATION

Application for assessment of credentials 

Once we make our final selection, Trans-Oceanic will file the necessary papers to ensure that candidates meet all requirements of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board.

Work permit application

Trans Oceanic will ask the Canadian embassy abroad to issue work permits along with temporary resident visas. In addition, we will be sure that our workers have their medical exams and security clearances. 


INTEGRATION
Selected workers will take orientation seminars on working in Canada before leaving their native country. We will then deploy the selected workers to Canada as inexpensively as possible. Our support system in Canada, moreover, will ensure integration in their new country.
